MATH
1. Test two tomorrow: mean, median, and mode. As well, a short reflection question about your scatter plot project, and one problem involving pie charts (conversions between perfect, fractions, and degrees)
ENGLISH
1. We are now selecting our favourite to least favourite essay topics, listed 1-9. Tomorrow or Thursday, we will be doing an "essay raffle" where each class will find out the three essays they will need to prepare frameworks for. Can't wait!

1. Test 1 is tomorrow: constant growing patterns, describing a pattern in words, deriving the algebraic expression, and shape patterns.
2. The second test will take place on Thursday: word problems involving algebraic expressions, graphing an input/output table, and looking a line graph and deriving the algebraic expression ("naming the line")
